Job Description

As a NetSuite Administrator at CoreWeave, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP system. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in NetSuite administration, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration: Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of the business. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, optimizing their experience with the system.
  • Customization and Scripting: Develop and implement SuiteScripts and other customization solutions to enhance NetSuite functionality and address specific business requirements.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, cleansing, and maintenance activities. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows to streamline business processes. Identify opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance. Train users on report generation and interpretation.
  • System Upgrades: Stay current on NetSuite releases and updates. Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, with a focus on NetSuite.
  • Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for customizations and workflow automation.
  • Solid understanding of data management and migration processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NetSuite certification is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
