Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
As a Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders.
You will:
• Lead a defined project activity or module of a small project
• Define, allocate and monitor appropriate tasks within an area of responsibility
• Identify priorities and resources relative to each initiative, project or program
• Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices and recommendations
• Provide direction and guidance to project team, while making recommendations to senior management as necessary
Essential Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• 2 to 5 years of related experience in a professional role
Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
