Job Title: National Contracts Analyst
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 Salary + Bonus Opportunity

The Job:
The National Contracts Analyst will be responsible for administering purchase contracts and program analysis.
<br>
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for administering purchasing contracts for a national buying cooperative that serves the custom builder segment of the new home construction industry.
- Responsible for analyzing the performance and utilization of current and future programs with manufacturers.
- Work closely with operations team and builder members to implement and manage national contracts.
- Oversee reporting requirements for each program to include gathering data from builders and local suppliers and then aggregating volumes and reporting to the manufacturer.
- Participate in contract negotiations with manufactures. This will include data mining and organization into a usable format for internal and external use.
- Train other associates and builders on the components of each program.
- Any other duties as assigned by the National Contracts Manager, Vice President of Purchasing, Chief Operating Officer, or Chief Executive Officer.

Who You Are and What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a finance-related position or building material-related industry required.
- Highly organized, excellent communicator, and proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.

Compensation: $38,000 Salary + weekly and monthly bonuses (potential to earn upwards of 59k)

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll embark on the sales journey with potential Buildertrend customers, driven by a passion for hitting your goals.

What you will do:
- Focus on the customer: Without our customers, our business doesn’t exist. Buildertrend’s BDR training program and tools such as Salesforce will ensure that you are prepared to sell the value of Buildertrend so that our customers win.
- Embrace the pace: We make 150 calls per day to generate leads and initiate conversations with prospective customers. We hustle, we take risks, and we aren’t afraid to make mistakes.
- Bring your best: If you can react with positivity and drive on calls and meetings, you can likely reach or exceed your metrics and build a career here.
- Win together: No one wins or loses alone here. You will have all the support you need through Sales leadership, Training team and Marketing to develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging for driving new business.

The Job:
Buildertrend is scaling its construction SaaS platform globally. Our software serves thousands of contractors across the world with more added every day. We're looking for a Software Architect to help our engineering team reach the next level.
The architect will see the "big picture" for our department, developing patterns and practices for the development team. Communicating the vision and developing buy-in will be equally important in this role.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and experience leading large projects. This is not a green field project, but rather a unique opportunity to shape how the Buildertrend platform serves its customers for years to come.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with other teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Develop high-level product specifications that can realistically integrate into the existing system
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Effectively communicate all concepts and guidelines to development team
- Oversee progress of development to ensure consistency with initial design
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Ensure software meets all requirements of maintainability, security, scalability, extensibility, etc.
